Their policy for changing orders is very unfair. They claim it's to protect the business. Apparently I am a crook for wanting to change my order and charged me $35 fee for a small order. It was my first time ordering any type of precious metals and I will not go back.
Same thing happened to me with a litany of excuses and aggressive and antagonistic customer service agents, multiple individuals, that essentially amounted to them breaching their contractual commitment to me to fill my order.
They are dishonest and self--motivated for gain, even if it means breaching their contracts/commitments/promises to their customers, as the gentlemen above has pointed out.
This is not a one time thing. This looks to be part of their business practices.
The check was mailed out on January 8,2021, by USPS. Today is Monday, February 8,2021

USPS as been delayed across the nation, and having a PO box does not mean that items are delivered sooner than those with street addresses. Again, we have not received your check, which is why the order was cancelled. Once we receive the check, it will be shredded and payment won't be collected since this order has been cancelled.

After referred by a youtuber Jayson Jaws and a roommate of mine, I placed several orders with SD bullion. I received the first few orders just fine.
However for order 2590023 and 2590906 they received the payments then hold my funds in hostage.
I have completed several transactions with this vendor and I plan to continue to buy from them. They have not disappointed. :)
Excellent to do business with. Orders have been received on time, or usually early. Will continue to do business with SD Bullion.
Order was accurate and received in a timely manner. Lowest commissions I have found. Trustworthy company.
Great service and I will do business with Them again. They are easy people to work with. They kept me informed all the way till my order arrived.
Scammers. I put in an order but they wanted bank transfer as payment which prompted me to cancel within minutes by phone and they said everything was good. I didn't think of it again but later they tried to put me in collections for an order never processed. Never using this scam site again. Just go local.
Initial glitch in ordering, but it was ,my first time, Issue was resolved quickly by a customer representative. Will definitely purchase from SD Bullion again.
As usual with SD Bullion, everything about the order was as advertised. Due to the current situation in PM, the order fulfillment is not speedy, nor can it be expected. I was once again pleased with my treatment when ordering and expect to be dealing with SD Bullion well into the future.

Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue.
We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
